Worm in veg

Hi, I found a worm in my so called "ready to eat" PnP vegetables. This is absolutely disgusting. As soon as I found the worm I emailed PnP directly and expected a prompt response as this is a serious matter. I have not received a response yet! After finding a worm in my vegetables I wondered what is next, horse meat in my beef burger patties? PnP, do something about your quality control!!
