Worm found on the burger, when the burger was returned all manager could say was " Yho Haike" i'm sorry. I then requested my money back as i could see she was not really bothered by this, she complied and refunded it however not taken into consideration the fact that it was an inconvenience to drive all the way back there to return their mess. If i were her or any manager with that sort of problem i would bend over backwards to make it up to the customer. Im glad i opened the burger to take off the tomato, because if i did not i probably would have taken a huge bite there of, and what if i had to get sick??? Not happy at all. Disgusted
