On the 20th of Feb 2013 I went into PnP for a withdrawal of R200, the cashier friendly advised that I'm gonna have to purchase something in order to make a withdrawal since I'm using a chip card. All of this I clearly understood, She further more advised me that can ask for a refund since I wanted a withdrawal only. I then took a box of condoms seeing that it was the closest thing to me at that moment and proceeded with the withdrawal successfully. The cashier then referred me to the cigarette counter for the refund, when I got to the cigarette counter I stood there for very long time before a bunch of ladies that were busy gossiping about customers notice I was standing there. 2 ladies from the same gossiping group Gloria and Mpho rudely told me that they could not do a refund, I protested to what this 2 were telling me as they were in contrary to PnP's refund rule written in blue and white inside their store. This 2 ladies further more left me standing alone and I had to ask another lady to get me the supervisor/manager. When the manager came he assisted me with the refund without struggle or debate. This manager reluctantly apologised just to get rid of me.
