I bought cigarettes for a friend at the cigarette counter while they were busy paying for grocecies at the normal pay points, they wanted Winston Blue, I asked for Winston Blue, the girl gave me a white packet which is Winston blue, I asked her to rather give me that blue pack that slides because it's not for me and I know I have seen the person with such a packet, by this time she passed the sale through on the till, she called I believe her supervisor to do the refund, she said they cannot refund the cigarettes to give me the other packet, I immediately asked why not because I have not even left the counter I was standing there the whole time, again she said no they don't refund, I asked her if I must spell out what I want in the shop! I also work with customers daily and we have a policy not to except electrical parts back for refund or credit, but if the customer stands in front of me buying a part and suddenly realises that the part is not the same I will definitely give the customer a credit and sell him the correct product!
Above all when I complained to this lady she looked at me as if I'm the problem! Bad Service, Bad Attitude, I will spend my R3000 p/m somewhere else!
