I have bought a lounge suit from Goldman furnishes on 03 August 2012. After - 21 days i have complain to the owner that I experience problems with the lounge suit. the seat are sagging and the material are scarfing some of the seams are coming loose. I spoke to fazel again 2 weeks ago and nothing is happening. he is always busy and can not come to inspect the problem that i got. I have already told him i do not want it to be repaired nor replace all i want is my money to be return to me. fazel thinks it is a joke and can just take the customers money and dont give a what happens. Please be so kind and assist me in this i do have the law on my side with regards to customer protection act. please help me i dont think anybody can afford to buy 2 lounge suits in 1 yea
