Faulty Products NO replacement

On 17/02/2013 i purchased three Spiderman products from Checkers N1... it was my sons 4th Birthday and i thought i would suprise him with the gift, but to my dissapointment all products was damaged thats a scooter, pool, and some other toy. HE was very upset when i had to explain to him that i had to pack away all the gifts hiis whole day and the other kiddies that waited to play in the pool day was spoiled. I called Checkline yesterday and spoke to Mvano who did not even apologise for the inconvenience, neither did he supply me with a ref. I called back and spoke to Princess who later supplied me with a ref. Later the day i received a call from Mrs Simms who was very understanding but i was a bit upset because she advised that she could not replace the scooter and left it in my hands to now go back to the store and get a refund... this is not about getting my money back!!! my son wants his toys back... this is causing a delay and getting me upset because i have a four year old nagging on my head for toys that i promised him!!!
If she wanted to make a effort im sure she could get stock from another store. Im going back for a Refund on All the Toys! im Sure il get better service at PnP
