We bought a box of rice crispies in January (the big box) as my husband and son eat it. When we opened the box the contents were old and hard (stale)
On the 09-01-2013 i emailed the customer care on the box and they replied saying they are so sorry and that they would contact me via the post in the next 10 days
Fifteen days later i receive three ten rand vouchers via mail with a soppy letter with no real explanation.
The cerial i purchased was R39.99 so in this case i loose out???
I then mailed Zandile Nkosi three times and as yet i have not received a response.
We try to buy the best for our families and still end up getting ripped off
