I had my windscreen for my Golf 5 replaced by the Glasfit Branch in Boksburg on the 14th Feb. To my horror on the 19th Feb while on my way back from Johannesburg water started linking into the vehicle while caught in a thunderstorm. I called the branch and reported the matter and there was a lack of interest as it was 3pm when I reported the matter as they said it takes 2 hrs and they will be closing. They promised to send a person the next morning at 8-30am sharp to have it fixed... I called the branch and spoke to Thandi who indicated the person was on his way... still no response.
My vehicle roof interior is stained because of the water coming in from the poor installation- who is responsible fr the cost to have it cleaned up? I will raising a complaint with the CPA
It is really a shame how bad service is being rendered by these agents.
