On the 13 Dec 2012 I ordered a book through [URL Removed] and I was given a expected date of arrival 16 Jan 2013 based on the shipped within 15 - 20 working days as advertised on your website for this product. The date came and went and no feedback. I patiently waited a few more days. On 23 Jan 2013 I sent a enquiry out to investigate.By which i received the following reply from "Marietjie": Our supplier informed us now that this book is currently on backorder. They do not have a date for when it is expected to be available again, as soon as they have a date we will inform you immediately! "
I did not deem this to be an appropriate answer. I was extremely frustrated but decided to be patient. It is now 8 March 2013. 3months later!!! and still nothing received on no feedback. This is unexceptable. The most frustrating of all is that you are still advertising that this product is shipped within 15-20days! This is false advertising!
If you cannot give me an exact date on when my order will arrive, I wish to cancel this order and for my money to be reimbursed.
