On Sunday 01 December 2013 I ordered a delivery of one pizza. Firstly, i wasn't told how much my order would be in total - yes I should have asked but it is also expected of a food service to tell you how much to have ready. Secondly, my order took over an hour to be delivered and when I called asking how much longer/where my order was the lady who answered handled it very unprofessionally. When I asked if there was a policy or anything of the sort on a deliver that is an hour late she laughed at me. Feel extremely disappointed and put off by this service, and I feel that after waiting over an hour for my food I should not have been expected to pay. I didn't receive an apology and the employer I spoke to couldn't have cared less that I was still waiting for my food.
