Ought a pack of office 365 home premium which l falled to install when l went to the shop to ask for assistance l was made to come and go several times and l was told no is that and ahh its that until l left the Pc there for them to fix it still no one bothered to call and find out what to do went there try to give them time to help me but it seemed like the where clueless and l just needed to change the item cause its not what works for me and l had to find out from people how it work and get back to them and explain but still no one cares
l want my money back, and nothing to do with CNA again
