The staff service at Game Stores is much to be desired. In Fact, there is no service at all!!
We walked out of Greenstone Mall the other day after we waited at the jewellery counter for over 25mins for information to find the person who works there to come help. As per usual, no one else can help except this one staff member. When nobody turned up, my elderly mother went to ask if anything is happening, she was shoved off and told to wait.
Yesterday, we wanted to buy one of the massage chairs in the Boksburg branch. It also took over 20mins to find someone who works in that department. He strolled up eventually, i asked him if we could see the one chair, i was told immediately that they don't have stock. As much as to say, don't waste my time.
We went over to Mr Price Home and got really great service. Very helpful staff, went through all the chairs with us and then went to the back to get the stock, even had it loaded in the car. Mr Price, you will have our support from now on.
