We purchased the Amore set on 10 Feb in Mayville, due to no stock and sale ending that day, we asked if they can arrange with Centurion to order and deliver as we based in Midrand. Anita the sales lady said no problem, and we paid. After a week of them not updating us or calling us (we had to phone after them to find out whats going on) we only received our goods on the 17th of Feb! Mayville didnt phone us once! Centurion we dealt with Lesego, who promised us on 2 occasions that the couches are on the way. Once on the 12th and again on the 15th. Eventually received the goods in boxes on the 17th, not knowing that we have to assemble it ourselves!!! Could the staff not make us aware of this ridiculous policy that you buy and put it together yourself!? and all of this after we've paid cash! then to top it off, the 2 seater is torn at the bottom! also didnt receive a proper Masterguard document! As i have already paid for the goods, i expect a new 2 seater -Masterguarded within 48 hours! i have put up with this for a week now! i also would like proof that the couches have been masterguarded!
