My husband and I tried to place an order today at game, we found that the staff treated us very badly because we 'interupted' them while they were having fun, laughing and dancing with their friends who were also 'customers' in the store. The cashiers treated us extremely harshly as if we were. Then they called a Patrick to take our order. Patrick was extremely rude to us, when we then asked for the game delivery service he told us that we will need to keep R250 cash because his going to do the delivery himself with his own personal vehicle- He wouldn't allow us to make use of the game delivery service nor pick up the products in our own veghicle, We were to call him on his cell number for him to 'put the things together' because if we didn't use his personal delivery service-no stock! - this I find an outrage! I was treated like a dog- and now I still have to pay this man an extra R250 plus my R5k order for him to deliver it- he also gave us his personal telephone number as he didnt want us to EFT the money, instead wanted us to pay him in cash. I am shocked! I really need the furniture for my new business by the 25th but I am far too frightened to visit the store
