Saw an ad on Gumtree, called the agent Johan, who happens to be the owner of the company who invited me to come view the apartment, I said I like it he then said he'll call me the following day if I got the flat on not. He called and said he's emailing the lease and documents all I have to do is deposit the money (dep, first month rent and admin fees) to the cumpanies account and he'll call me for hand over of the keys and well go through the lease together. That was October last year in November after he failed to give me the flat I went to look for another place and I got an appartment. I asked him fo to refund me my moner and he said ok he'll deposit it in my account and he never did until today there's stories everyday and as a result I'm taking the legal route. This is going to cost me a couple of thousand rands.
