ONLINE SHOPPING DISASTER

I ordered a ring for my fiance on the 2 November 2012 and still have not received it 3 months later.. they advertise ring sizes and only tell you once you've paid that it cannot be done. i was told that a plan would be made and that arrangements have been made to special order the size i want and that i'd have it before the 21st of December but nothing arrived only to be told a week before Christmas that the suppliers cannot do it... i then agreed this year to have another ring that is available in the size that i want. just a few days ago i was told that it will be sent this week and guess what, its already Friday but still no ring. 3 months and still nothing this is ridiculous and poor service why give a drop down menu with various sizes if it cannot be done? i've had to send numerous e-mails only to receive one at the most. poor customer service. i have had to sacrifice what i really wanted just because galaxy and co could not deliver and have a online ordering system that is not up to par. from what i understand there is only one person that can assist witth this but getting a hold of her is the a challenge on its own.. i am done being nice. enough is enough
