I HAVE SUBMIITED A CLAIM OF THE CEL PHONE THAT WAS WHILST I WAS ON HOILDAT IN PORT ELIZABETH I MANAGED TO OPEN A CASE TO GET A CASE NUMBER AND THE PHONE WAS BLOCKED IMMEDIATELY UPON MY ARRIVAL IN JHB I WENT TO THE STORES TO PUT ON THE CLAIM AND WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD CLAIM WITHIN 48HRS I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS IN PE AND IT WAS WRITTEN ON MY AFFIDAVITY AND I WAS TOLD TO TALK TO FINRITE THE INSURANCE COMPANY THEY GAVE ME THE EMAIL ADRESS THAT IS NOT GOING THRU I AM STILL PAYING FOR THE INSURANCE FOR THE PHONE THAT IS
