My vehicle got damaged by a Mr Clean employee with about 10-12 trolleys. They asked for all the paperwork which was provided to them and after nearly a MONTH, where I had to follow up MYSELF once again, the "manager" Jannie Enslin said that the insurance will not pay and neither will they pay for the damages (about R2300). He NEVER replied to any one of my 7 emails asking for feedback. Fortunately, HelloPeter is NOT the only medium that will be used for this! Apparently the parking was not a "designated" parking according to their convenience - however, I have proof of hundreds of other vehicles parking there EVERY day!
