Here is what I wrote to TheSpace in a message to explain the nature of my complaint:
Hi. I wish to complain about something that happened in your Woodlands branch and I was treated very poorly, it is very disappointing! I purchased 2 dresses from the store on Thursday and not trying them on, I asked the ladies if I could return or exchange them and they said that I could. The one dress was too small and the other too big so I decided to look and see what I can choose instead. Finding nothing that I like right now, I asked for a refund and the ladies then said that you dont do refunds on sale goods. I asked her then why did they tell me after I SPECIFICALLY asked, that I COULD?! "No, " she said. "I didn't say that". Is she calling me, the customer, a? Wow - that is terrible customer service!!! And while I am explaining something to her, she turns and ignores me, talking to another staff member in a language that I dont understand. I am very unhappy about this. I finally received a voucher which is unacceptable as I asked for a refund since none of these conditions were communicated to me AFTER I SPECIFICALLY ASKED. I dont even want to use my vouchers I had to accept
