I arrived at N-gate PnP to complain about a discount during their special on toys that wasn't reflected on my till slip. The staff member, "Fransie", was extremely arrogant on the phone (from Customer Service) - first fighting me about the date of the promotion without giving me a chance to finish my side of the story and then fighting me on the classification of the goods purchased as sports equipment rather than a toy "we can fight this as long as you want to, it doesn't make the swingball set a toy!!! ", even though the 30% off sign was clearly displayed in that aisle during the time of the promotion. Phinda from Customer Service promptly summoned Vishen to the counter and he sorted it out and gave me the requested refund without batting an eyelid! This is the kind of service I expect and could get used to!! Please start cascading that attitude down to your junior staff whose attitude is one of "never being wrong"!
