I work in the store opposite Seattle Coffee Company in Brooklyn Mall and we order coffee from them every single day. And I personally order coffee from them every day that I am at work. It has happened before that they do not have fresh pouring cream. Usually the staff is very helpful and will go buy cream. Today I was informed that they did not have cream, have no intention of going to get any and basically tough luck for me. I was told that I can wait until their supplier delivers their cream. When I enquired as to when the supplier will deliver they just said they dont know. Then they told me that they are in trouble because they have to much expenses from buying extra cream. How is this my problem?? Then they have a problem with their deliveries or orders or supplier and it should not influence me as the customer. I understand that sometimes you will run out of certain items... and usually this is merely a small inconvenience that is solved quickly by the staff. But today I found their attitude completely unacceptable. You have just lost a loyal customer. :-( very disappointed.
