I purchased two back packs for my toddlers for school in January - after one week my daughter's back pack tore. I had the slip so had it exchanged - no problem. A week later my son's back pack tore at a different spot but a long the seam - its not stitched very well. I now can't find my receipt but know the manager made a copy of it as I wanted to keep it in case I needed it when I returned my daugthers bag. You can see its from the same supplier. Would CNA exhange my bag now that I cannot locate my receipt? The whole school year still ahead... Thank you.
