I paid up my CC last week, they said I need to wait for the payment to reflect takes 36 hour, but dont worry we will cal you to cancel. Okay a week later I called them to cancel, I need to wait two days for e-mail (me two days to tipe and send a mail) okay its three days later, no mail. guess what I call them again. Dont worry sir I will sort this out and I'll call you back just now what is your number. Again? 2 hours no call to say your card have cancelled.

I see that they dont repsond to HP complaints - people take note WW dont give a about their customers just as long as you pay and they make money.
