Customers have to do all the work AND STILL PAY!!

I recently got persuade to change over to debit order. On 04/03/2013 I by accident forgot this fact & paid via internet as well. I phoned in, waited a long while b4 I got through 2 a consultant. He said I had 2 phone the next day, coz payments dont reflect so soon. I asked for an email address 2 send my request for refund 2, coz I already waited on phone 4 same request. I then asked why my account says that Im on a R40 balance. Only then he went into my account. Never asked me 2 confirm any details & then saw the payment does reflect. He then put me on hold, came back bout 5mins later & then the phone call was dropped. He doesnt phone back, I try 2 phone back, but is now caller number 94.Rediculous. Why didnt he phone back. I emailed my request 2 [Email Removed] an automated response saying theyll get back 2 me in app 1 hour. Im still waiting. I phoned AGAIN & the consultant told me the journal was done. Its 2 days later, my money isnt back in my acc. Phone AGAIN, consultant says it takes 7 days. What??? They got my money emmidately. I waste money 2 contact them, always waiting 2 get through. Not once did they phone or replied 2 my mail or said it takes 7days. What service r we paying R700 fo
