Very dissapointed

I bought a phone from Sportscene in alberton city a blackberry 9320 in november 2012 and have already phoned the head office twice because of the paint peeling of the phone. Everytime i phone them the person responsable is always busy and will contact me back. I havnt heard a word from them. It is very dissapointing as the phone is now 3 months old but looks like i had it for 5 years.
