Saturday last weekend i went to lewis store in jane furse to buy a fridge. when i got there i was accompanied by the salesperson, i then told her that i want a fridge which i found and it was not priced. i asked her the price she told me that it was R2700 which was the price that i wanted. we went to tell the manager that i am buying it for cash and that i wanted delivery that day but unfortunately all the bakkies where booked-out. then we went to the paypoint whereby i got the other story, when we got there the cashier told me that the fridge that we wanted was for R3500 which i didnt have and i told here that it was never mentioned to me. i went to lodge my complaint to the manager to my surprise the manager did not take my words serious. she told me that she hires people from the community and its not her fault that she gave me a wrong price and that i should takeback my money, go and look for another fridge because i will never get that one. i eventually went back to the cashier did reversal so that i can get my money back. never been so disappointed by lewis store.
