I bought a bed with a 15 year warranty on account from Lewis (bed is now /- 2 years old) it's a bed from the sleep care rage. I reported the problem to the store in December and took one of the drivers to my house to see for himself how poor the workmanship is and their response was all the suppliers are closed till January we have to wait till then. Well no need to say... NO response to date. The very expensive bed is thorn out, the workmanship on this bed is very poo. I can't sleep on it anymore. What to do? This is very poor service and hope to hear from someone before I decide to take it further, because I'm not going to leave it here.
