Aug 2012 went into sterns to get a gift that a colleague was purchasing for me, had a look around the store and was looking for a pair of White Gold earrings, ask the assistant to help and stipulated to her white gold and when she showed us the item it was marked under white gold in the glass, the item was purchased for /-R800.
In Jan 2013 noticed discolouration to the item so went into the Vredenburgh branch today 07/02/2013 and spoke to Johan who was very helpful and advised me that the item is silver and not white gold.he sent the item through to you guys workshop for cleaning, i am now furious as this item was sold to us under false pretences and i not supposed to be using silver.
