Unresolved Paint Collection and Poor Customer Service

I contacted your sales representative last year to arrange the collection of some paints purchased from PLASCON. I was promised that they would be collected, but nothing has happened. Alternatively, I offered to return the paints for credit, but Gordon (0836280913) told me that he would have them collected and that Marc would phone me. This is not acceptable business practice. Please resolve this matter and call AK at 0313057458. Thank you.
