Complaint / review / scam report
Hi i placed an order at the online store which is fruugo on the 2nd of august & was confirmed on the 3rd of august they sent me an email stating that i should receive mt order on the 23rd august which i never receive, when i go back to help line of fruugo i sent them an email that i did not get my order they told me that i should check at the sa post office which i did post office told me that the they have no such order in their system & went back to fruugo and told them that sa post said they did not have such order & fruugo does not respond to me at all now they took payment now they not giving me what i have paid for what should i do it been 2 weeks now fruugo is not responding to me.
