Contact Soraya Abrahams regarding an order a wanted to be pre-picked at 09;45. When i got to the store in Claremont at 11:15am no one in the store could assist me, Apparently the order was not placed by Soraya. One of the staff members tried to get her attention while she was in a meeting. I waited and waited with no assistance. Totally being ignored by Soraya who did not attempt to resolve my issue or showing her face. I got irritated while I had to wait almost 20 minutes. Eventually one of the staff ladies behind the till decided to assist me. I find the service I received unacceptable especially from the Manager.
