I placed an order on the 27th of November. Unfortunately I still have not received it. I have emailed three times already, however, only one of my emails received a response stating that they are still waiting for the products and cannot tell me when I'll be receiving it. The order is for a birthday gift for this coming Saturday. If I had known it would of taken so long I would have purchased in store. However, I now cannot as I have spent my last amount purchasing this order and no one can get back to me or tell me when I can roughly expect it.
