As I have only heard great things about Checkers' platters, I have also tried them on previous occasions at friends etc. I decided to order some for the office for my birthday (which is today) - I ordered online & received an email stating someone from the store will contact me to confirm my order, this was last week already. & here we are, on the day of my birthday & I have not heard a single thing regarding my order. I did email them back stating that I have had no feedback regarding this order & would they please advise what is happening with this matter. 3 days later & no response. so thanks for your excellent service, can't say i'm very happy at this moment!
