Opened my account 1 and a half year ago, still haven't received my card, statements, credit availability, permanently have to produce my ID document to do any of the above, approached the cashier, Manager, and for 18 months we told, blame it on the pandemic, they go ahead reporting a non received card, stolen and request a new one, extremely seriously poor service. I then opened a Truworths account, got my card 2 weeks later. Will i even get any feedback from this complaint, probably, hopefully in 2 yrs time, if im lucky
