Have you ever walked into a shop ready to leave with bags and bags of clothes but ended up leaving feeling belittled?
That was my experience at MR Price (Mimosa Mall branch, Bloemfontein).
Never have I as customer felt like a nuiscance!!!
Firstly, I walk in to the branch and NO ONE asks me if I want any assistance?
Secondly, I reach up to some jackets and a jersey falls to the floor. The shop assistant says "I just tied up there and here you are making a mess where some of us are working!! That's disrespectful!! " Totally shocked at rthis statement, I the customer, keep quiet and walk away, she then says "and then you walk away without cleaning up after YOUR MESS"... Shabsoultely gobsmacked I smile and walk away, AGAIN! She the call a collegue and tells here about the iincident and they have a chat about ME in my presence, loud emough for anyone to hear! By this time I was embarssed and decided to go to another section... Ten miniutes later, she and he colleague start making snide comments about me and they begin laughing TO MY FACE!!
I am extremly upset and I wanted to speak to manager but as noted about, this specific branch clearly has no regard for customers and service.
In summary:
Disrespected as a customer!
Laughed at by people who were supposed to be helping me!
No one assisted me!
Ridiculed
Beliitled
Made to feel uncomfortable.
No service offered to me
Lack of professionalim
Ineeficient staff
Can Mr Price Mimosa please train staff and teach them about customers!! This is highly unacceptable.
Shopping is a womans way to destress, thanks to the inefficiency and lack of professionalism, I am more upset than when I went In.
