I went to buy fruit and veg and other items at my local woollies food. I buy loose and place in the plastic bags provided and as I am single this avoids food going off. For the THIRD time in 4 months no bags at the fruit and veg section. So I decide to walk and find help. I see what looks like the floor manager (middle aged black male) who sits in a cubicle at the end of the tills and 2 female staff are milling around him. After they finish their chat i tell him there are no bags in the fruit and veg section. Oh okay he kind of nods that he will do something about it. I then go back to the other side of the store and wait and watch other customers searching for bags and eventually walking off. After 5 minutes I walk of and ask the bakery who begrudgingly give me two bags. I needed about 6 but hey I am so lucky.
So here is the thing, I now shop at the pick and pay up the road who is cheaper and has similar quality because your staff, and this is not the only issue I am having with prima donnas with attitude at this branch. But hey who the cares just another ex customer, there are many more.
