Shocking Service

I am writing on behalf of Jojina Stali,
In August 2013, Jojina Stali ordered a microwave from HomeChoice, with the instruction, please call before delivery. The parcel was delivered on a Sat afternoon, when Jojina was not at her work place. On opening her parcel, she found a toasted sandwich maker! It was reported on numerous occasions, and they were instructed to collect the item. It was never collected, but returned to the Wynberg store, on Jojina's behalf. Once again after many phone calls and much frustration, the amount of R4000 was credited.
Jojina Stali received a final notice letter dated 10th January, threatening to hand her over for the amount of R105.37 which is for interest! This has upset Jojina very much as she is very conciencious in paying accounts, and does not want to be black-listed. We are unable to reach anyone in a position to rectify this, and looking on their Facebook page, HomeChoice has a lot to answer for!!!
