I finished paying off my dinner table and received a call from the delivery company confirming that delivery would be on Thursday, I told them that I would not be home on Thursday and requested that delivery be after 14h00. They confirmed that it would be arranged. On Thursday morning I received a call from the delivery guy, he said he had been waiting for me at my apartment for 30 minutes. I told him that I am at work and that I had arranged for delivery after 14h00, he said that I should call him when I get home and he will return. I left work early to get there on time & called him to say I was home he then told me that he is at their warehouse and couldn't return. I called the office to speak to the Leanne to ask her why my delivery date had been moved but I couldn't get ahold of her and Crystal the receptionist wasn't asking to take a message, she kept putting me through to someone who wasn't even at her desk. After having made several calls between 14h00 - 17h00 with no real answer from anyone, Leanne told me that she would find out what happened and get back to me. Which she hasn't done. Why has no one made alternative arrangement for me to get what I have paid for? # Annoyed
