Ok look up until now I have been very accommodating but I have had it now. I have not received an invoice for my Connection Card since November. I under paid by R12 last month because I had no idea what I owed. You need to sort this out right now, I don't care what you do you will call me today and make sure I get my bill sent to me electronically every month. number is 0720456740.

If not I will be taking this to all the papers or print media who will listen, I have emails that have not been responded to and request that have been flat out ignored.
