Inhumanity of staff treatment

I went to Toyota Delmas to view vehicles. I was chocked to see how the General Manager treated some of his staff and this in front of clients. Dirk Kotze is a disgrace to Toyota's ethics, screaming and shouting and swearing at his staff. I will never put my foot into that dealership again. You can not treate people the way he does!
