Good day,
I went to the post office Saterday and send a parcel for an engagement gift. The item was bubble wrapped a couple of times and gift wrapped as well. I requested them to mark the parcel as well to inform that theis item is brakable. I was just informed and a picture was send to me the item is broken in pieces. This could only happen if it was realy not "handled with care". I mean realy!!! After spending the money on the gift that was not cheap and all the bubble wrap as well as payment for counter to counter delivery ext this is what happens.
