Edgars and Chanel spoils Christmas

I purchased my wife gift for Christmas on the 29th of November 2013 to avoid the rush and ensure I had what she wanted. When I went into the store around 16h55 as your camera footage will justify, I asked the consultant for a 100ml Coco Mademoiselle which she assisted me with. She asked me if I need it wrapped and I said yes please. She then indicated we have a wrapped one right here. Me thinking she is a trained consultant and understands her role, would not make a mistake because she is down right lazy to wrap the gift in front of me! Needless to say when my wife opened the gift yesterday it was not Mademoiselle but Nior.

My wife thought it might be in new packaging and opened the box and to her disappointment it was not her favourite perfume.

A blunder by a consultant because of laziness and no pride in her position led to my wife not receiving a Christmas wish/ gift although the preparation was done almost a month in advance.

An international brand like Chanel can employ a staff member like this is mind boggling! I need this resolved immediately and every minute my wife is losing faith in the Chanel Brand
