Let me just say I've never experience such incompetence and poor service companied by a very very bad attitude to a person that calls herself a manager - she does not have managing skills at all - let alone customer service skill - i just wonder what is she doing in a customer care enviroment.
I'm a regular client in your shop and i always get assistance from very good a friendly shop assistants - after i experienced the service i recieved from lydia - i doubt i will ever use that specific shop again, pitty Poetry stuff is also in the same shop
