Went into pnp today and did groceries and had a voucher number to redeem to earn double points as per sms that I had received from their smart shopper programme and the cashier didn't knw what to do and when she called her supervisor Zanele, she lacked manners to engage with me as a customer, u wud swear I was doing her a favor by being there and yet it is her job to serve customers. She forgets that customers pay her salary. I really did not appreciate the tone of voice in which she spoke to me in and would like her attitude to be addressed. Furthermore I didn't get assistance with getting my double point and ended up losing them. I hope someone senior will look into this matter and have it sorted out.
