Refund not given two weeks late

I am awaiting a refund of my entire order which Mr Price up. I was promised by two people that it would be done, but I've received nothing. I want my money back, but now when I call (at 2.30Pm on a wednesday) the call centre line says its closed.

I am done with Mr Price incompetence. This is the second order you have up.
