A big thank you to Jan the Store Manage

I would like to commend Jan, the Manager at PnA Greenstone Mall, who assisted me when Maria "the supervisor" couldnt use her supervisory skills to assist me when I wanted to return the text books that were returned from my child's school. I misplaced the receipts and all I wanted to hear was whether I will be refunded or not instead Maria used anger and nothing worked out. Jan is very helpful, down to earth, pays attention to details and then gives constructive explanation. My refund was given to me with no arguments by Jan I would like to say a big thank you to him for his excellent, sharpened customer service skills and wonderful personality.
