I purchased a bed (sleigh) in November
1. After several promises of delivery the bed was delivered in late November
2. The bed delivered was in fact from the floor (after realizing the new stock wasn't delivered to their store)
3. I have not even received a contract for the hire purchase
4. The bed broke and I requested it be exchanged for a new one
5. To date no one from the store or Shoprite (holding company) has come back to me after several attempts to resolve this issue
