Poor delivery and assembly of delivered goods

On the 27th of July 2013 I purchased the Cambridge PU Sleigh bed (stock code 10873217) from Beares stores in Midrand and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service that I received from Joe. I paid cash for the unit plus an additional amount of R410 for delivery and assembly of the unit. I requested that it be delivered on the 7th of August however to my horror, it was delivered the day before and left without being assembled. The delivery agents dropped off the bed, did not assemble it because they said that they did not have the tools. After numerous calls to the store, they finally came to assemble the unit on the 8th of August 2013. I am immensely dissatisfied with the job that they did. The screws are not put in properly, the planks are cracked and some of them are breaking off. In short, the bed is falling apart. I have no doubt in my mind that the unit that was delivered to my house is not brand new. I paid cash for this transaction and I am not happy with the fact that the service offered to me in terms of delivery and installation was very poor. Can someone please attend to my query and provide feedback urgently because thus far my attempts to have been in vain.
