I WAS LATE WITH PAYING BY BILL WITH A COUPLE OF HOURS/ PROBABLY DELAYED AT THE BANK. THE AMOUNT i WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY WAS R70. NOW I APPLIED FOR A PHONE CONTRACT, I AM TOLD IT IS DECLINED. WHEN I PHONED ICT, THEY TOLD ME I WAS REGISTERED BY WOOLWORTHS AS A NON-PAYER/ LATE PAYER. NOW MY CREDIT IS RUINED FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS. I HAVE NEVER IN THE PAST 4 YEARS, SKIPPED A PAYMENT AT WOOLWORTHS AND FOR THEM TO TREAT ME THIS WAY, WAS UNCALLED FOR. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CLIENT FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS.
I AM REALLY AGREE AND VERY DISAPPOINTED... furious in fact!!!
