I have been a loyal customer of Woolworths for the last 15 years and was rated by the credit bureu as a excellent payer ref to my ratings on the credit bureu., but recently I lost my job and could not afford to make payments on my account. I was not notified by Woolworths they pretend to say they tried to phone me twice and could not get hold of me. This is not true as, I always have my cell with me and they have my landline no, the next thing is, I got a sms by legal dept collectors to say I will be blacklisted, without giving me a chance to rectify the account or to make payment arrangements. I am very disappointed in Woolworths and urge consumers to close there accounts and cancel all dealings with Woolworths financial services.
They have a very bad way of treating there customers, so consumers be warned pls
